Plastic Money Makes India Another USA?

Speaking about India and its financial scams, new theories have been making rounds and experts are trying to come up with suggestions which can curb the corruption and fraud in the nation. Now, one of the common propositions being made by them is the usage of plastic money. As such, there are the regular users of credit card, debit card, cash card etc but given the population of India, the percentage of such users is highly negligible.
Though it is being insisted that by bringing black money out India will become like USA, it is not just about black money, even the mindset of people should change. Why USA is successful is not because of absence of black money, it is because of the self discipline of the individuals and how the citizens abide by the law and follow the basic regulations. A simple act of paying the right taxes or not resorting to defaulting in payments is good for starters.
Coming back to the point, if the system insists and encourages the use of plastic money, there will be a significant change. As such, the usage of fake currency is ruled out. Moreover, plastic money means accounted money in the bank which obviously will go through the tax scanners. But in order to create an environment of using plastic money, it is imperative that there must be a strong infrastructure and network which will motivate the citizens to develop trust on such form of transactions.
While the usage of plastic money brings good amount of advantages, they come with few underlying requirements. It is not just about the technical equipment, it is also about creating the apt mindset. If USA is where it is, a lot of contribution has come from the government in terms of implementing the rules without corruption. So, a change has to happen from the system in a democratic environment like ours that will eventually create the change in the society as well. What more is needed to improve then? Definitely, the scams will not happen like it is happening now.

Hospital sources said the delivery was normal and came a few minutes before 10 a.m. in morning,..Nov 16th. The Bachchan and Rai families were present for the momentous occasion.
Aishwarya, 38, developed labour pains around 4 a.m. and was taken to the labour room where the delivery took place after nearly six hours from the start of the pains..
The actress is admitted on the fifth floor of the luxury private hospital in Andheri east.

Ra one review movie songs film video download

Shah rukh khan's decision to release Raone film on diwali ocassion is a fantastic choice according to sources.

The film openings is awesome at Box-office and collections were obviously rocking,..Film is truly a marvellous science fiction one and dedicated piece of work.Truly gestified the huge budget of 175 crores in Indian industry taking a quick flight to international level

Least but not last the film is truly a pride for Bollywood and Indian film industry with sci-fi graphics and science fiction based on a kid and his father relation.

The kid whose only fantasy in life is with video game and his attitude towards villain as the worlds greatest villain is the key concept for the film Ra-one.Shah rukh khan who portrays heroic role as a father wears a powerfull suit which is undestructable and fights villain who is also a sci-fi charactered.

Total all asusual Shah rukh khan's action is superb addon to the movie with one minute entry of Super star Rajni kanth's one minute role which hauled theatre with heavy whistles and claps.

The fight begins Ra.One videogame console. Shekhar (Shah Rukh Khan), a game developer, impresses his young son, Prateek who has a penchant for villains to create a virtual world Ra.One. Artificial intelligence brings Ra.One life and he goes after Lucifer, Prateek's virtual name of the game he played against Ra.One (Arjun Rampal) came early in life. Ra.One can be seen only by the murderer is one of the Prateek and his colleagues (Shahana Goswami) is assembled. From London, where a family of two geeky men and beautiful Punjabi woman, wife and mother Sonia (Kareena Kapoor) are alive, the film moves to Mumbai. Return to Mumbai, three of them were accosted by a dark-skinned, moustachioed bullies who sends them flying with one of the flies. From now on, G is not Shekhar, a new man in her family. I am in, we witness a robotic inanities, some of them are quite funny, as this new family dynamic develops.Sinha film is haphazard Medley Iron Man, Matrix, Superman, T2, and the oldest is lost and the levitating act, we've seen over and again, no brainer Rajnikanth blockbusters (and Rajnikanth, his appearance in the film, which is sometimes the publicity teams went hammer and tongs about, do not last more than a few seconds). There are no ambiguities, nuances, or uplifting asides in this modern morality tale. Produced by Khan and his writers (Sinha wrote a film about five other writers) cling to safe route of song, dance and weepy histrionics. Virtual reality is a thin foil, flimsy Sci-Fi fantasy garb, that is trying to contemporize stale forms credo. I am not a gamer, but it is obvious that, even if unacquainted eye play hooky in the development of sport in this film. Earnest, a pop-philosophical Shekhar Ra.One on whim, to satisfy his own fatherly inadequacies. Khan, known to be an avid gamer, obviously had a nebulous Indian janata mind when he decided to dumb down geekiness.Clichés abound in this desultory, confused scenario, and none of them work. What's got to be the worst Opening Sequences, a Sci-Fi superhero film, sometimes, such as CGI-up game, three-faced daughter of Bruce Lee, that sword fight: Iski Lee, Uski Sabki Lee and Lee --- feline female Mongoloid features and deadpan glare. Shekhar, Tamil scholars, Tamil breaks into an awkward, but only after he was flustered or nervous. He mixes his Chinese noodles with cottage cheese and slurps them down. Has a Limp mop and curly hair in his head. Punjabi woman's chutzpah is explained by his desire to invent animated Punjabi cusswords involving male body parts (Tere baap he ..., Tere bhai is ...). Kapoor has nothing to show the film in addition to the requirements of the basics of a limited role. Rampal is almost unnecessary. Khan hams her way in Tamil geek. As the Savior, chiselled and trim of the quirky charm of the moment. Khan pulls it off despite the superhero's banal virtuosity. It may be the only reason for this 2 hour and 40 minute drama is tolerable. His screen presence and charm have changed --- and they taste every time. The special effects are impressive Ra.One Rs150 crore, the budget is made in. The most common size, say, Iron Man movies, Rs150 crore is an impossibly low budget. It is unfair to compare the work of a Hollywood special effects in films of this genre. Some of the scenes in Ra.One are thrilling, but the Thrill comes in small spurts. Despite the fact that contrary to the best special effects, no one has seen a Bollywood film. Sinha uses a common gimmick in Hollywood movies in this genre: iconic statue shows the public is being destroyed for the improvement of performance. Why Ape Hollywood's extravagance and technical virtuosity of limited resources? Despite a largely thrilling ride, either by ambition for Ra.One is misplaced. This is without a real commitment to art, storytelling, or genre. Producer, actor, its just a cruel, narcissistic showpiece.

Gaddafi killed gaddafi's death gaddafi death video

Muammar gaddafi's death finally dated on thursday, oct 20 by Libya people kept a fullstop for fourty years of tyranny there in Libya.

video
Ousted Libyan dictator Gaddafi, a maverick who had ruled the country with an iron hand for over four decades, was shot and killed by the rebels today in his hometown of Sirte after weeks of heavy fighting.

Two months after Western-backed rebels ended 42 years of eccentric, often bloody, one-man rule by capturing the capital Tripoli, his death and the fall of the final bastion ended a nervous hiatus for the new interim government, which is now set to declare formal "liberation" with a timetable for elections.
The killing or capture of senior aides, including possibly two sons, as an armored convoy braved NATO air strikes in a desperate bid to break out of Sirte, may ease fears of diehards regrouping elsewhere - though cellphone video apparently of Gaddafi alive and being beaten may inflame his sympathizers.
A Libyan official said Gaddafi, 69, was killed in custody.

"We confirm that all the evils, plus Gaddafi, have vanished from this beloved country," interim Prime Minister Mahmoud Jibril said in Tripoli as the body was delivered, a prize of war, to Misrata, the city whose siege and suffering at the hands of Gaddafi's forces made it a symbol of the rebel cause.
"It's time to start a new Libya, a united Libya," Jibril added. "One people, one future." A formal declaration of liberation, that will set the clock ticking on a timeline to elections, would be made by Friday, he said.
French President Nicolas Sarkozy, who spearheaded a Franco-British move in NATO to back the revolt against Gaddafi hailed a turn of events that few had expected so soon, since there had been little evidence that Gaddafi himself was in Sirte.
But he also alluded to fears that, without the glue of hatred for Gaddafi, the new Libya could descend, like Saddam Hussein's Iraq, into bloody factionalism: "The liberation of Sirte must signal ... the start of a process ... to establish a democratic system in which all groups in the country have their place and where fundamental freedoms are guaranteed," he said.
SHOT IN HEAD
A spokesman for the National Transitional Council (NTC) in Benghazi, Jalal al-Galal, said a doctor who examined the fallen strongman in Misrata found he had been shot in the head and abdomen. Jerky video shown on Al Jazeera showed a man looking like Gaddafi, with distinctive long, curly hair, blooded and staggering under blows from armed men, apparently NTC fighters.
"They captured him alive and while he was being taken away, they beat him and then they killed," one senior source in the NTC told Reuters. "He might have been resisting."
Driven in an ambulance from Sirte, his partially stripped body was delivered to a mosque in Misrata. Senior NTC official Abdel Majid Mlegta told Reuters that DNA tests were being conducted to confirm it was Gaddafi. He would be buried in Misrata, most likely by Friday according to Muslim custom.
Officials said his son Mo'tassim, also seen bleeding but alive in a video, had also died. Another son, heir-apparent Saif al-Islam, was variously reported to be surrounded, captured or killed as conflicting accounts of the day's events crackled around networks of NTC fighters rejoicing in Sirte.
In Benghazi, where in February Gaddafi disdainfully said he would hunt down the "rats" who had emulated their Tunisian and Egyptian neighbors by rising up against an unloved autocrat, thousands took to the streets, loosing off weapons and dancing under the old tricolor flag revived by Gaddafi's opponents.
Mansour el Ferjani, 49, a Benghazi bank clerk and father of five posed his 9-year-old son for a photograph holding a Kalashnikov rifle: "Don't think I will give this gun to my son," he said. "Now that the war is over we must give up our weapons and the children must go to school.
"But Gaddafi was a terrible dictator and this was the only way to get rid of him. We want everything people have in free countries - want people to live in peace as you do across the Mediterranean where life doesn't require the machinegun."
In Sirte, a one-time fishing village and Gaddafi's home town that Gaddafi's grandiose schemes had styled a new "capital of Africa" for the "king of kings," fighters whooped with delight and some brandished a golden pistol they said they had taken from Gaddafi.
Accounts were hazy of his final hours, though there was no shortage of fighters willing to claim they saw Gaddafi, who had long pledged to go down fighting, cringing underground, like Saddam eight years ago, and pleading for his life.
FINAL HOURS
One possible description, pieced together from various sources, suggests Gaddafi tried to break out of his final redoubt at dawn in a convoy of vehicles after weeks of dogged resistance. However, he was stopped by a French air strike and captured, possibly some hours later, after gun battles with NTC fighters who found him hiding in a drainage culvert.
NATO said its warplanes fired on a convoy near Sirte about 8:30 a.m. (2:30 a.m. EDT), striking two military vehicles in the group, but could not confirm that Gaddafi had been a passenger. France later said its jets had been in action at the time.
Libyan television carried video of two drainage pipes, about a meter across, where it said fighters had cornered a man who long inspired both fear and admiration around the world.
After February's uprising in the long discontented east of the country around Benghazi -- inspired by the Arab Spring movements that overthrew the leaders of neighboring Tunisia and Egypt -- the revolt against Gaddafi ground slowly across the country before a dramatic turn saw Tripoli fall in August.
LIBERATION
An announcement of final liberation was expected as the chairman of the NTC prepared to address the nation of six million. They now face the challenge of turning oil wealth once monopolized by Gaddafi and his clan into a democracy that can heal an array of tribal, ethnic and regional divisions he exploited.
The two months since the fall of Tripoli have tested the nerves of the motley alliance of anti-Gaddafi forces and their Western and Arab backers, who had begun to question the ability of the NTC forces to root out diehard Gaddafi loyalists in Sirte and a couple of other towns.
Gaddafi, wanted by the International Criminal Court on charges of ordering the killing of civilians, was toppled by rebel forces on August 23, a week short of the 42nd anniversary of the military coup which brought him to power in 1969.
Hundreds of NTC troops had surrounded the Mediterranean coastal town of Sirte for weeks in a chaotic struggle that killed and wounded scores of the besieging forces and an unknown number of defenders.
"There is now this massive expectation. Up to now they've had an excuse that they are running a war. They don't have that now ... Everything now has got to happen," John Hamilton, a Libya expert at Cross Border Information, told Reuters.
"That's a hard task. They have to deliver for the people ... On the other hand, this may renew the honeymoon they enjoyed when Tripoli fell, if they can put a decent government together in a short time."
Some fear instability may linger and unsettle that process.
"Gaddafi is now a martyr and thus can become the rallying point for irredentist or tribal violence -- perhaps not in the immediate future but in the medium-to-long term," said George Joffe, a north Africa expert at Cambridge University.
"The fact that NATO can be blamed for his death is worrying, in terms of regional support, and may undermine the legitimacy of the National Transitional Council."
The death of Gaddafi is a setback to campaigners seeking the full truth about the 1988 bombing over Lockerbie in Scotland of Pan Am flight 103 which claimed 270 lives, mainly Americans, and for which one of Gaddafi's agents was convicted.
"There is much still to be resolved and we may now have lost an opportunity for getting nearer the truth," said Jim Swire, the father of one of the Lockerbie victims.
